In 2026, TCIA is hitting the road to host four regional Member Meetups tied to major industry events across the country. These casual, after-hours gatherings are all about bringing tree care pros together to network, learn, and have a good time.

Each meetup runs from 5-7 PM and includes:

• 5:30 – 7:00 PM: Drinks, appetizers, and plenty of time to connect

Far and away the most popular tour of WMC, the Sunset Cruise is THE event for all attendees. This event sells out each year and takes attendees on an evening cruise along the coast, lasting two to three hours.

This small private event is an offsite (or on site) optional workshop where a limited number of TCI EXPO attendees would register to check out the equipment/services, participate in education, or receive hands on training. This event will be listed as a “sponsored pre-conference workshop” in all TCI EXPO marketing materials.

Share the educational side of your company at the tree care industry’s largest conference! This one-hour session will need to meet TCIA approval for learning objectives, speaker requirements, and key educational details.

• In Person Session: Your company will be able to provide a one-hour educational session at TCI EXPO 2026 in Ft. Lauderdale. This session will be incorporated into the TCI EXPO agenda and included in all materials. Session will take place in an education room and includes presentation screen, AV, etc.
• On Demand Session: Your session will be recorded ahead of the event, so registered attendees can receive access to “on demand sessions” after TCI EXPO.
• Opportunity to publish an article in TCI Magazine about your sessions.
• TCIA will apply for CEUs on the sponsors’ behalf.
