Premium/Annual
TCIA corporate membership provides your company both passive, and opportunities for active, exposure to the tree care industry. We have opportunities to fit any marketing budget and strategy and are always open to new possibilities – if there’s something you would like to try, let us know!

Far and away the most popular tour of WMC, the Sunset Cruise is THE event for all attendees. This event sells out each year and takes attendees on an evening OCEAN cruise, typically lasting two to three hours.

NEW Robert Felix Memorial Fishing Tournament at WMC 2023
TCIA Foundation’s most popular event is back this year at TCIA’s Winter Management Conference – with a twist. This year, the Robert Felix Memorial Golf Tournament is turning into the Robert Felix Memorial Fishing Tournament! This event will feature many of the hallmarks of our popular golf tournament – with a fresh take. By participating as a sponsor of the tournament, you are helping benefit the future of the industry by directly aiding the foundation’s mission.
Organized by the Tree Care Industry Association Foundation (TCIAF), proceeds from this brand-new event raise funds to help support our mission of advancing the industry through educational, safety, and professional development programs.
Awards Ceremony Sponsorship
Your logo will be displayed on event signage. One social media post from TCIA accounts referencing your company/awards ceremony is also included.

Boat Sponsorships
This brand-new sponsorship opportunity is sure to get the anglers talking! This sponsorship includes a flag with your company’s logo for all boats. This exposure of your brand to top-level decision-makers in the industry is unparalleled. Competition signage and marketing materials are also branded with your logo.
The cost is $5,000. One sponsorship is available.
Cooler/Drinks Sponsorship
Coolers will be on every boat, and each will have a large decal with your logo. Anglers will enjoy beverages throughout the tournament, courtesy of your sponsorship. Competition signage and marketing materials are also branded with your logo.
Cost is $2,500. One sponsorship is available.
Lunch Sponsorship
Each angler will receive a boxed lunch, branded with a large sticker featuring your logo. Competition signage and marketing materials are also branded with your logo.

Women In Tree Care Workshop at TCI EXPO
(Sold out for 2022)
Being a sponsor of TCIA’s Women in Tree Care TCI EXPO Pre-Conference Workshop is a major step in supporting the growing efforts of this group, whose goal is to establish connections and foster growth for women in the tree care industry. Funding for this event will go towards the following:
- Scholarships: TCIA will provide two scholarships of $1,000 to women in the tree care industry to help fund their attendance to this workshop at TCI EXPO. Funding goes towards pre-registration for the pre-conference workshop, as well as Gold Card. The remaining funds can be spent by scholarship recipients towards the hotel, travel, etc.
- Education and Training Opportunities: Funding will support speaker fees for the event.
- Lunch: Who doesn’t love free food?
Benefits include the following:
- Sponsor will be verbally recognized at annual Women in Tree Care pre-conference at TCI EXPO. The sponsoring company can also provide swag to the pre-conference attendees.
- Recognition on all Women in Tree Care Pre-Conference Workshop promotional materials. Marketing will focus on how the sponsor’s financial support is dedicated towards scholarships and education.
- Opportunity to be a guest on TCIA’s new podcast. Dates and topics to be mutually agreed upon by TCIA and sponsoring company.
- Opportunity to provide educational content for TCI Magazine blog, or other relevant publications.
